Terms & Conditions
In these terms:
‘Us’ or ‘we’ refers to Chubby Bunny Co
‘You’, ‘customer’ or ‘client’ refers to the purchaser of goods from Chubby Bunny Co.
v Booking Fee & Security Deposit
A £40 booking fee is required to secure your event date.
This amount also acts as a security deposit for any hired props.
The security deposit will be refunded in full or accordingly following the safe return and inspection of all hired items.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after collection.
For events taking place within 14 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.
For advance bookings, the remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
v Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is as follows:
• Less than 1 month before the event: 50% refund
• Less than 2 weeks before the event: 30% refund
• Less than 10 days before the event: no refunds
The £40 booking/security deposit fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
v Design & Styling
We only supply goods to adults (over 18).
All our balloon décor is bespoke and handcrafted, meaning slight variations in colour, size or arrangement may occur.
Design images shared are for inspiration only and not exact replicas.
This also applies to balloon gifts.
v Set-Up, Collection & Venue Access
Clients are responsible for ensuring clear access to the venue at the agreed set-up time.
Delays caused by traffic, parking restrictions, venue access or weather are outside of our control and may affect set-up times.
In the unlikely event that the booking has to be cancelled by us then a full refund will be paid.
We reserve the right to alter decorations where necessary if the original design is unsuitable on the day.
If the event is outdoors, we will not be held responsible for balloons being damaged as a result of weather conditions.
All hired props must be returned in their original condition. Any loss or damage beyond normal wear and tear may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
v Balloon Care & Responsibility
Balloons are delicate and their lifespan may be affected by temperature, sunlight, humidity and handling.
Once balloons have been collected, delivered or installed, responsibility transfers to the client.
We cannot be held responsible for accidental popping, softening in cold weather, or damage once set-up or hand over is complete.
v Health & Safety
Balloons are not toys and children must be supervised at all times.
Chubby Bunny Balloons accepts no liability for injury or damage resulting from misuse of balloon décor or hired items.
v Image & Content Usage
By proceeding with a booking, Chubby Bunny Balloons reserves the right to photograph or record completed work for portfolio, website, and social media use.
Clients who do not wish for content to be used must notify us in writing prior to the event date. Requests made after the event cannot be guaranteed.
Acceptance
By confirming your booking and making payment, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Hire Agreement
Definitions
In these terms and conditions of hire, the following meanings shall apply:
“we, us, our” refers to Chubby Bunny Co.
“you, your” refers to the named person on the booking.
“your hire" means all arrangements and items sourced and organised for you by us.
1. Property Ownership & Responsibility
01.1 All equipment and hire items are the property of Chubby Bunny Co and
remain so at all times throughout your hire.
01.2 By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree that you are solely
responsible for the hire items at all times throughout your hire, from acceptance or
pick up of the items until you return the items or they are collected by us.
2. Security Deposit
02.1 A security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit will be returned in
full once the items have been collected (or returned) and checked for any damage or
loss. The security deposit will not be refunded in the following circumstances:
- The item(s) is missing
- The item(s) is damaged
- The item(s) has not been returned to us within the specified hire period
3. Standard Hire Period
03.1 Unless specifically arranged at the time of booking, all standard hires are based on a total of 48 hours.
4. Extended Hire
04.1 Extended hire may be possible on request.
5. Collection of item(s)
05.1 Collection will take place at a pre-arranged time and date.
05.2 Items must be available for collection at the delivery address, unless otherwise agreed. Items must not be left in an unsecured or unattended location.
6. Customer Returns
06.1 If you have chosen to return the item(s) yourself, you must ensure the item(s) are dropped off to 142 Orchard Road, Birmingham, B24 9JF.
06.2 The items must be accepted back into our possession and not left unattended outside or with neighbours.
7. Safety
07.1 We are not responsible for any injury or damage to people, property or objects arising from the use of any equipment under hire. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or additional costs that may arise as a result of the use of our hire items.
